Further to our letter sent in February 2014 to all our management landlords, there has been a fantastic response regarding this new “opt out” scheme for Gas Safety Certificates and annual services. Since the uptake on the scheme was positive and popular, through our expert negotiations with our preferred supplier JL Siney and Sons, we’ve managed to reduce the costs even further! Through JL Siney and Sons based locally in Chipping Sodbury, we can now offer the Gas Safety Certificate and Service for £75.00 + VAT, saving you over £30!
