Can you keep up?

We find the good tenants

Probably one of the most important aspects of your investment, finding a good tenant. We realise that fact and before allowing a tenant to rent your property, we require that they complete a comprehensive series of forms so that they can be referenced to a high standard using detailed references to ensure the tenant says who they say they are and can ultimately pay the rent.

"Hands-free" lettings

You choose the level of service you require. Just want us to find a tenant? Or maybe need help with the legal contracts? Or would you prefer just to let us do everything? No problem. We provide you with a full property management service or a bespoke service tailored to your requirements. Find out more about our level of services.

We’ve rented property since 1989

In that time we have built a considerable property portfolio, and couple this with our team having vast experience in the lettings industry, you can be sure your property is in safe hands.

Your property will receive maximum exposure

We advertise your home on all major property portals including Rightmove, Zoopla, Globrix, Prime Location, Find a Property and many more. We also utilize our website, social media channels and email marketing to further enhance the exposure of your home to potential tenants. Plus, as soon as your property is listed with us, we get to work in proactively marketing your home to our daily growing database of matching tenants.

We understand the importance of communication

There’s enough uncertainty involved in renting your home without having to worry about what your agent’s up to. We communicate all feedback regarding viewings and have invested heavily in staff training and computer software to ensure legal documents, statements are all communicated effectively.

A name you can trust

We have been around for over 25 years, and to further show we’re a name you can trust, we follow the strict guidelines of the Property Ombudsman and The National Approved Letting Scheme, of which we are members.
