Here's what our sellers have to say about this truly unique home;-
We love living at Dragon Road and wouldn't be giving it up if we didn't need a little extra space due to change in circumstances. Even before you get to the house itself, the front garden welcomes you - it blooms to life in the summer with a huge array of colourful plants and greenery, then hosts stunning red maple leaves in the autumn when the season turns and is always a lovely welcome home.
It's hard not to love this place when it has so much typical 'cottage character'; lovely large living space with natural beams, log fire and a stunning feature wall which just gives the place a permanent cosy, homely feeling every time you set foot through the door. The living room stretches into a big bright open kitchen and so as much as it is homely is great for having lots of people around with all the space it has. In the summer the sheltered typical cottage style back garden and the conservatory gives loads of extra space for socialising in the sun as well.
The location is also perfect, just off the main road it is quiet and yet just a two minute walk to the centre which has everything you need the Co-op, post office, the local veg man who comes twice a week and my favourite shop - the bakery. It's also just a few minutes straight into the countryside any direction you want to walk, so it's perfect for dog walks or just having a nice stroll without any planning - we rarely have to drive anywhere now that we work from home as we have everything we need here on our doorstep. We love it so much so we are looking to stay in the area.
