We are open for business in sales, lettings, property maintenance, financial advice and insurance throughout Christmas and New Year, only being closed on public holidays.

Emails will be monitored for emergencies between 9am and 5pm from 25th of December 2025 to 29th December 2025. Please use the following email:-

If you have a Gas, Electric or Water emergency and are unsure about what to do in an emergency, you should immediately isolate the cause i.e. in the event of a leak, turn off the water supply using the stop tap or turn off the electric at the fuse box.
If your emergency is outside our monitoring hours, you may wish to call the relevant utility provider’s emergency number for advice.

Any non-emergency issues should be reported within the open hours above either by emails or phone.
Gas and Electricity Engineers appointments are limited at this time of year so non-emergency issues should be reported as quickly as possible.
