- This voucher entitles you to £500 off our standard 1% sole agency selling fee.
- The £500 discount voucher will need to be presented to us during your valuation appointment.
- Only one voucher can be used per transaction.
- You must register your interest by 31st January 2020 and is valid until December 2020.
- Our fee must be a minimum of £1250 + VAT.
